Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
